Basically I just need some conversation ideas. What kind of things do girls like to talk about with boys. Also any tips for flirting with a girl. Thanks a lot.

Just talk about things she's interested in. Playfully make fun of her. Also, talk about really stupid ideas, just plain make her laugh! That always works. =). Smile at her if you see her in the halls, and don't ditch her when your friends come by, keep talking with her.
Also, if you really like this girl, make sure you're there for her. Talk to her when she's sad and cheer her up.

just basically anything that you have in common will be interesting to talk about. You can talk about a class you have together, an annoying teacher, a sport she plays, what she did over the weekend, or a big event coming up. just anything to get the conversation going and it should take off on its own! so just start a conversation and it should be easy to keep it going! for flirting try making her laugh. girls LOVE guys that can make them laugh. make an excuse to touch her arm or hand, play with her hair, tease her (but DON'T make fun of her and make her feel bad). it is easy to tell if a girl is interested in what you are saying or is totally turned off. if she keeps looking away or shows little interest in what you are saying then that is a big clue that she isn't interested in you. but if she keeps eye contact and laughs at your jokes then thats a good sign!

ask her questions about herself- girls love talking about themselves. just ask her what she likes to do & what music / movies she likes. if you guys have a favorite movie in common, maybe you can suggest hanging out with her & watching it :]
flirting with a girl... making eye contact, smiling, casual talking that actually provide some sort of good outcome. but don't do it like everyday... like one day talk to her & if she really likes you then she'll talk & laugh with you. make it seem like you guys are friends. get her screen name - talk to her online. but dont IM her everytime. let her IM you sometimes. but do all this gradually, & she'll slowly start to like you.
