Thinner Thighs

Question Posted Thursday April 5 2007, 1:57 am

Hey. So, here's the deal: I'm 14 and I just lost quite a bit of weight last year but I still feel huge, especially my thighs. My friends all say I look good but that's cuz they are skinny and can actually wear bathing suits. I was hoping you could give me some advice on how to lose my thigh weight or at least tone it. I've been running more and I play 2 sports but it doesn't seem to help. Thanks in advance!

First, you have to work on your self esteem.Ypu could be 95 lbs. and still feel fat.It is all in your head. After you start feeling good of yourself pick up the april issue of seventeen. In there are awesome cheer workouts to tone your butt, thighs, and legs. And in the may edition there are ab workouts. You ARE beautiful and even you cannot convince yourself of that.
