i heard you were bi, but im not sure if i am.

lets see. i love guys, just not sex, or penises. thier ok. but when im horny or something i really like girls. but after im like oh gosh i love kirk or something. is this normal

Yeah. I mean, one type of gender can get you horny, but then when it comes to dating or whatever, you would go with one gender more than the other.
