i like my close friend but i dont know if he likes me...
im 14 and female and i like my friend. hes a very depressed person (i am too but not as much as he is) who used to not be very nice to me. he was never really open and he never gave me high fives like everyone else. but now hes starting to be a little more open towards me and hes giving me high fives. this all happened very quickly. i dont know if he likes me the way i like him. it bothers me a lot. please give me advice.

if he's a close friend, try asking him if he has a crush on any girls. if he says no, maybe ask him if he's ever considered you. if you two don't work out, staying friends would be best no matter how awkward it is. eventually you will find someone else, and a crush isn't worth losing a friend over.

If you like him that much get him alone. Than ask him not to be mad but you like him and wanted to now if he liked you and if so if he wanted to go out. If he says no say you hope it didnt ruin your friendship and can you guys plz still be friends.
