I have been having the No Sugar red bulls....it says one drink is only 10 cal and there is no sugar,carbs or anything eles in the drink....will this drink make me gain weight or is it a smart drink if i need energy and i need to cut back on my weight a bit?

With energy drinks making you gain weight isnt the thing you should be exactly worried about. Drinking an energy drink is like drinking a pot of coffee. It can destroy your liver. But think of it this way to much of anything is bad. And yes if you drink too much you can gain weight, butthere are other factors as your metabolism and other things.
