How long after you eat can you excercise? And how long do you wait after you finished eating to excerxise? Because I eat after I excercise and my stomache hurts. And I excercise 30mins after I eat and get a stomache ache

when i exercise, i usually don't eat before it, i eat like a banana after i exerise, thats really good for you afterwards, just don't eat

hey

well you should wait 30 - 60 minutes after eating before you begin excercising. if you need more than that because your stomach hurts / you feel nauseous, then be my guest! but dont excercise before then.

you need some time to digest the food.

it also depends on what food it is. if it's like, an apple, 15 minutes could do it. but a FULL BLOWN MEAL = def. 30 - 60 minutes.

well, you really should wait two hours for the food to digest, but that all depends on how much you eat and how fast you digest. usually, after a normal meal, you should wait two hours though.
