How long after you eat can you excercise? And how long do you wait after you finished eating to excerxise? Because I eat after I excercise and my stomache hurts. And I excercise 30mins after I eat and get a stomache ache

well you should wait 30 - 60 minutes after eating before you begin excercising. if you need more than that because your stomach hurts / you feel nauseous, then be my guest! but dont excercise before then.
you need some time to digest the food.
it also depends on what food it is. if it's like, an apple, 15 minutes could do it. but a FULL BLOWN MEAL = def. 30 - 60 minutes.
