Taking naps

Question Posted Monday April 2 2007, 11:18 pm

I'm usually at school during the day, and get back sometime between 5-7. Sometimes I find myself getting tired/lethargic after being out all day long, so I feel unmotivated and just want to sleep-right now, for example, it's passed 8 PM, and I really feel too tired to concentrate on my project that absolutely must get done by tomorrow.
My question is, is it a good idea to take a half hour nap this late at night? Do taking naps at night make you feel more, or less energized?
Thanks

yeah you can take a nap now
but usually when someone takes a nap they tend to go a little overboard and forget timing and whatnot

but yeah just take about an hour each day to take a little nap and re-energize
hope i helped !

I think taking naps at night can take away from the sleep you have to do. Just drink an energy drink & try to make it through.

That'll probably be fine. The best time is is mid-day. You should avoid taking a nap if it's dark out. Take 20 minute naps throughout the day, whenever you have spare time, and you won't feel tired at night. Don't nap for longer than an hour. Take a look at
