I'm usually at school during the day, and get back sometime between 5-7. Sometimes I find myself getting tired/lethargic after being out all day long, so I feel unmotivated and just want to sleep-right now, for example, it's passed 8 PM, and I really feel too tired to concentrate on my project that absolutely must get done by tomorrow.
My question is, is it a good idea to take a half hour nap this late at night? Do taking naps at night make you feel more, or less energized?
Thanks

Take 20 minute naps throughout the day, whenever you have spare time, and you won't feel tired at night. Don't nap for longer than an hour.
