stand up straight & face forward with your arms to the side.
put your hands up & your feet apart like youre about to do a jumping jack.
bend over to your right, without bending forward. if there was a side view of your body, it should be a straight line (you shouldn't bend forward.) this targets your left love handle, stretching it out & turning it into muscle. do as many reps as you want, doing 25 each rep. if you do this for a few weeks, you'll realize taht they are slowly going away.
yoga also REALLY helps with love handles. you should consider taking a class, maybe on the weekends or something. yoga isn't just for love handles, actually, but for all parts of your body. it's a great mind-relaxer & stress-reliever.

When you see results, don't stop or you'll gain it all back. Cut junk food, fast food, candies, desserts & sodas out. Eat veggies & fruits & meats. =) [ christina's advice column | Ask christina A Question ]
