The way you asked the question sounds like it would be very early on in the pregnancy, so there might not be any physical symptoms at all, or if there are there really isnt any universal changes. They can be erratic from person to person.
But after a while you can expect soreness and swelling in the breast where they get ready to fill with milk. Also, sensitivity to certain smells, naseua, certain food cravings, and obviously growth of the abdomen. That can lead to back pain.
