Finding out who asked you a question
Is there anyway to see who asked you a question in your inbox?
If they said something inappropiate or rude, is there some way to report them?

You will not be able to see who wrote the question, however, if someone has said something rude or inappropriate -- You can file an abuse report against them.

Yes. On the left-hand bar, under Misc., click on report abuse and explain your situation.
