frizzy hair

Ok, i have frizzy and poofy and fuzzy hair. Does anyone know what kind of spray can take this away? or gel or anyhing?

Try the green (frizz) and blue (poof) shampoo/conditioners/creams from Sunsilk! Go to www.gethairapy.com for a free sample.
I alternate them and they both work very, very, very well!!

but my secret is that i use a dot of mosturizing lotion and it calms down the frizzy and poofyness
