i'm thinking a nice watch or cologne are really nice gifts. or maybe if there's something he's interested in that you could get creative with. like if he likes the ravens, you could get him an autographed picture of his favorite player. they have these things framed and set up at special stores.

First make him a photoalbum from when he first started his life till now to show him how much he has grown up and how proud you are of him.

Get him so special aftershave and a nice keyring.
Any Rings or books or jewellery he likes?
Make.Get him a cd too.

What about a fancy watch or a ring (if he wears one), maybe a nice mans neck chain. Alternatively, a video camera, some Premium Bonds if he lives in England or some shares in a company. Perhaps you could have a quiet word with him for suggestions that he might like. I know how difficult it can be to buy for someone of that age - I have a Son who is turning 23 this year too. Good luck.
