how many carbs fat and calories does rice have? please tell me like how much like 1 cup two cups and yeah..


second.. is pasta
and third is does fruits make u fat? thans!!!!

Well, it all depends on what type you're talking about. They can be raw or cooked. White or brown. Whole grain and what not.

As for the fruits, they have natural sugar in them and you can't avoid them. Fruits are an essential part of your diet so don't cut them out compeltely but regulary eat a sufficient amount. Not all fruits are fattening but if you overindulge yourself with them, then yes, they can make you fat but not significantly--not as much as a cookie that has the same amount of calories. So eat the right amounts of fruit and you will be fine =)
