Being as a celeb is wearing it, it will be very hard to find -- it also could have been a one-of-a-kind piece. However, you can find many shirts like that at Wetseal, Forever 21 and Guess.

idk, but i LOVE that shirt. do a search for it, some companies may do custom designs. it may cost more but that shirt is HOTT!!!
