REJECTED

Question Posted Thursday March 29 2007, 8:48 pm

I am adopted, and i want to know the WHOLE story of my life. I have talked with my family all about my twin brother, and they tell me he died. They dont give me details, saying in that time nobody talked about things like that. Every time i ask them, they spring new things at me, and it doesnt make sense anymore.
i want to know my real mom, my real dad, my twin brother. I want my parents to send a post-card to my first daddy. but my 2nd dad wont do it, coming up with excuses.
i dont know what to do. I feel so rejected.

Maybe it's because they're not nice people and they don't want you to get hurt. They might think it's odd to recieve a post-card. They may take it offensively thinking, "Oh this is their way of saying HAHA I HAVE YOUR CHILD!" Type of thing. Don't take it personally... things will be okay. You're not alone! My sisters that were twins died 15 years ago, I never met them I'm only 13. And there's not a minute of my life I don't think about them. Eventually when you get older you'll know your background etc. because right and purpose comes with age and responsibility.

It depends how old you are. Maybe they don't feel you're old enough yet, but then again that might not be the case since they've told you things. I would just ask for the names of your real parents & then do your own research from there.
