is it alright or to provide a dating money to my friend,business partner who goes out everyday with his girlfriend and our company is not making money....i provide all financial needs and he does the paper works

The best thing for your business would be for him to stop treating his girl to dinner out and bring a lunch. Its hard to get a business going and he needs to do his share in helping financially too. Even if it is something as small as lunch.

You are helping financially with the BUSINESS end of things. Not in feeding his girlfriend. :)
