I have two pairs of American Eagle jeans that fit my waist but the leg part is really baggy. Is there anyway to make them tighter (besides washing them a bunch of times)? If there's not, can an alteration place fix them?

just to let you know, it's not the "washing" that gets them smaller.. it's the "drying." so that might be one thing.
another thing is, have you tried buying a size smaller? if the leg fits and the waist is a littttttle tight, that's better than having a waist that fits [ which no one sees... cause your shirt covers it. so even if it's a litttle tight, everyones looking at how your jeans look from behind ].
an alteration place can fix them, but if i were you, i'd go in order of the suggested answers because they're cheaper than getting them altered. btw- if you just return the jeans and get a size smaller, it won't cost you a dime.
