fat

Question Posted Thursday March 29 2007, 7:29 pm

i go to the gym about 5 times a week. i start off with my legs, i usually do the tredmil, a bike, or this other thing that i dont know what its called but its like running for 20-30min. then i go do some other things that work my legs. the move on to stomich. I want to lose some fat in my legs and get a flatter stomich and also see a change for the middle of april, around the 20th. if i keep doing this 5 times a week will i be able to see a big change or is it impossible for less than a month?

p.s i started going to the gym 5 times a week about 5 weeks ago if that helps.

Yes it could but then again it might not!

If you find yourself loosing weight or toning up it might be in the wrong places. Speak to your gym trainer and they will guide you with what equipment you will need to use for different parts of your body!

You will also need to change your diet around too (if you haven't already), perhaps throw in some fruit now and then instead of junk foods. This is a big help too!

Try not to burn yourself out too. Too much exercise can lead to a few complications. So just be careful :)

Hope I helped!
