she obviously needs your friendship. but you need to set boundaries, tell her to stop 'breaking up' or w/e she is doing to break ya'll up and say if she does it again, she won't get another chance and ask her 'do you really want to be my friend?' and if so ask 'why?' and from there decide on whether you want to live with it or stop her for good.

well do you like her as your friend or do you just want her gone? listen to me if you don't like her than stop letting her be your friend again. but if you like her just put up with it and talk to her about it.
hope you two can be friends,
KIttzen

Talk to her about it, sit her down and just tell her how you're feeling about the friendship. If she still keeps breaking it off with you, just let her go. I mean when the time comes you might really need her to be there for you and she probably won't. A friend should be loyal, and someone that you can trust.
