low battery on ipod

ok well my battery is low on my ipod so when i press the centre button it shows a low battery...i didnt use it the battery just got low... well then it starts getting lines on it like you know when your TV has lost the signal!!?? is there sumthin wrong or what?

PS i dont no if sum1 like snuck in and got it and used up all the battery

Leaving the battery charged over a long period also makes the battery lose its power as well. A good idea might also be to drain the battery completely (so it's dead) before recharging it again as that way it will be a fresh charge.

Hold the center and menu button for a few secinds until the screen shows the apple logo. It will reset it. it should take care of the lines. u may just have to charge it.
