I've done my fair share of talent shows, and I put this skit together myself and got a couple friends together and everyone loved it. You could always base something off of it...here's the link on youtube..check it out..

Its really fun to make up a dance. Just get creative and have each of you make up some cute moves, pick a song, and just have fun with it. And try to have your outfits look similar.

It really depends on what you are good at. If any of you play an instrument or sing, you could do a song. If you are more dramatically inclined, a skit could work. If any of you dance, that would be a good idea as well. Do you have any weird talents? I once knew this guy who balanced a chair on his chin. He did that for our talent show and it was a laugh.
