do it more often every day for longer time limits.
also, PILATES and YOGA stretch your body a lotttt, and can even make you feel taller!

Okay,so im getting a little annoyed right now at how my best friend treats guys..
So its like she often wishes how shes in a relationship and wants a boyfriend etc and she ALWAYS attracts theese really lovely lovely guys,but yet she always has to find something wrong with them or a reason not to go out with them she gets bored quickly and messes them about,yet then still complains about not having a boyfriend its like shes oblivous to this.
The most recent guy she told me a few weeks ago how she really liked him,So today we went to the park and he text her and said he would come up to meet her and bring a few friends and she agreed yet when she saw him coming she was like"ugh I dont want to meet up with him" and made me do a detour to avoid them! he texted her then asking whats up she didnt reply,we saw him later down town,she blanks him.
shes not a shy type at all so its not that,she just doesnt know whether shes coming or going.
I don't know what to do because I often get friendly with some of the guys she likes and they always ask me whats the deal should I say it to her?
I don't want to come off jealous,which I will admit I am a little bit that she gets all this male attention and treats the guys like sh*t. people tell me I have a much nicer personality then her and im prettier and all this,yet I cant understand why I cant attract all theese really nice guys that she does?I attract the wrong types!?(which my friend finds funny) is it me?
am I doing something wrong?
should I talk to her about this or let it go.. If so what do I say? I feel like im never going to get a decent guy like all the ones she gets that she turns away

aw i know what you mean.
you can always go for the guys she treats like crap, and she can't get mad at you for it. You just say "if you're not going to give them a chance, why can't i?"
and next time you confront her about it, just say if you trully want a boyfriend you have to treat them with respect, etc.

i want to put a big peace sign on my wall. my dad won't let me paint one on there because he says i'll get sick of it and want him to repaint it a month later, and he won't want to do it. so i need another way to put a big peace sign on there. i know there is a peace sign light up thing in PB teen but i can't really afford to get that, because its like 150 dollars. soo yeah. does anyone know of either a cheaper light up/nonlight up peace sign i can get from a store somewhere? or any ideas on how i can make one and put it on my wall?

Ok I was at a party and I was kind of fliritng with this girl. We were both sober. Later that night we sat next to each other on the couch and she let me put my arm around her. You know, I have a close friend like this, too..
And I have been in this situation as well.
First off, don't cut. Although it may "hurt so good" when you do it, everytime you look at it, it reminds you of the depressrion, people will see it and possibly judge you, your parents will see it, etc.
Anorexia is very unhealthy. Although you might not honestly care, your body does. Guys find anorexia unattractive, too. If you want to loose weight, try eating less fats and sugars, and eat more vegetables/fruits in moderation. Only eat when you're hungry, and stop when you're full. Also, 3 meals a day isn't the best diet. Nutritionests say about 7 super-mini meals is the best to do, all throughout the day.
Suicide- Life is short, it's hard for everyone. Although it may seem really tough on you, there's someone out there who has it worse. They're dealing with it, why take the easy way out? Learn to fight through this, and google for a suicide teen hotline if wanted. They really help, and everythings anonymous and confidential.

im about 5'10, 125-130 lbs. 15/female.
i have a big problem findin jeans that are long enough for me but still around a size 3. im lookin for a pair of skinny jeans that are stretchy (my butts gettin bigger ;]) and thatll compliment my curves.
i have for the most part an hourglass figure, but i have more weight on top with boobs and the sides a lil, so i dont want the jeans to be lowrise, but high enough to go over the awkward spot (like a bit between where my bathin suit bottoms sit and the top of my hip)
hollister jeans dont work on me either, and i dont have a large budget

Honestly, it does hurt. But if you really want it, it's totally worth it! Plus, it depends on where you locate the tattoo, the more painful it is. If you worry about how painful it will be, when the day comes to when you get the tattoo; it's going to be hell!
Also, I would suggest putting the tattoo on your ankle, that's where my mothers is, and mine.

tell your orthodontist/dentist you think you have an overbite and it should be checked out with tests, etc.
To whiten your teeth, brush more often with Crest; teeth whitening toothpaste. Chew sugarless teeth whitening gum, and use mouthwash. Also, floss regularly.

There is this guy (Joey)at my school,he is very short and cute. He has this inessent little smile, but lately I think he isn't that inessent. I've been noticing lately that Joey has been starinf at me..I smile at him and he blushes and smiles back. I asked him on Myspace to be friends, he added me and we have been texting back in forth.Well, I'm in band and he's in honor band and were going to be in a memorial parade..so in the morning the highschool,concert band and honor band were combined and we practiced marching. Well, as I put my instrument together Joey walked in( He's in the honor band) he looked at me and flipped his hair...he was flirting! haha I smiled at him..well he's been staring, giggling , smiling , and flirting...so that made me think he likes me, well my friend called him and asked him out for me..( he didn't answere she asked his voicemail. ) Well...today we were walking in the hallway and my friend kept pinching my sides, it me squeal!! haha Well, Joey was ahead of us...he kept gigglin than he spinned around to look at us...and he looked at me and grinned! lol Well...after that... my friends ask him out again and he said no...than walked off. This happend before also. My friend asked him if he liked me..he said YES! Than ...at school word got around about it than he said no.So...even after the first time..and this time...he keeps looking. Please help me out?? Is he just a tease?? Well, his my space says he's in a realtionship.If he is, why is he checking me ot for?!!! So is that it?? Or is he just a tease??
