ok well to start off i love your page you give great advice!
ok so starting today i have started a diet (but i ate some sweets whoops) but ok i only need to loose somewhere between 5-10 pounds. and my first question is could i loose that much in about 2 weeks?
and then i plan on eating 3 healthy meals and as for excersing i plan to do 30 sit ups in the morning then walk around the block, run stairs for 5 minutes, do 50 stair jumps, 100 sit ups, 100 crunches, 100 bicycles, 50 leg lifts on each side, 50 squats, and lift weights, and then do 30 sit ups before bed.
does that sound good?

just make sure you dont eat too many sweets. like once in a while is fine but whatever. like i work out, but just eat like a pig so =]
haha. but yeah what your doing in actually more then what i do but like.. thats good cuz im already like "getting into shape" and im not doing all that much so youll prob loose weight faster. yeah.
but umm if your already skinny then you might not loose weight but just start to get toned or like muscles etc. which is really good tho. but if you have fat youll loose it you know.
okay this is what i wrote already to some one but it will prob really help you loose weight.
- firstly i know the crash dieght really sounds like it will work but umm yeah it can be really bad for you. so just eat healthy. that means no sodas, or sports drinks. just drink water. like 8 glasses a day (its really good for your plus its good for your skin) and that also means no junk food. eat fruits, lean meats, vegetables, and stuff like that. just healthy. and dont eat for fun. just eat if your hungry. okay so for losing weight... you REALLY have to get motivated to work out because thats pretty much one of the only ways to lose weight.
-in the morning or after noons run. like a mile or so. and if you cant run it all thats fine walk when you have to. but try to push yourself to run further without stopping because it will get easier as time goes on. remember to stretch before you run and make sure your wearing the right type of clothes, sweat pants or like.. work out shorts && shirts and a sports bra. and running sneakers.
alright..
-then do push ups about 20 a day. do them right, make sure your not like "cheating" or w.e.
-joining sports and stuff are really good for you too
-sit ups are awsome. trust me. do 100 a day. i know it sounds liek a lot but if you want to loose weight fast... okay and then start upgrading to like 200 etc.
-leg exercises can be found in google. just type in leg exercises. ha.
-if sit ups are way to hard for you, then try crunches. but you wont get the results as fast as you want.
-if you can go to walmart or sports authority and get this thing called the cross crunch. it is meant for getting abs. just read the directions on the back if you buy it =]
-a member ship to the gym is also really good. again make sure you have the proper work out clothing and make sure you have water with you. if you need help with the equipment ask some one who works there for help because they know what there doing.
remember to make sure you wear your hair up and stuff to keep it out of your face.
okay and like pill are an option but there really not all that healthy. so just ask your parents and docter about a specif pill. just look in like some place like walmart or .. google. etc.
