crack knuckles - bad?

Its a myth that cracking your knuckles to lead to problems when you get older. I used to think that also, but I asked my doctor and he said no. But just in case you still are curious here's a site with answers from experts.

Yes. It can lead to artheritis when you get older. Basically, it will hurt when you move them.
