omg.
so me and my friend went with a couple of our guy friends about 2 weeks ago to hang out.
well we went to a friends and we started drinking a little.
we hung out fo a little bit then we went home.
we dropped everyone off and thats it. nothing else happened.
like 2 days later, my friend shawn IMed me and told me that he got kicked out like 5 minutes after we dropped him off.
well last monday, a week after, shawn started flipping out.
he couldnt remember what happened that night. at all.
he thought that we stopped at a gas station and that a kid put a gun to his head.
none of that happened.
he said he doesnt remember anything then that. he also said that he was driving home from a pap smear and he heard the kid that he thought did that say kid get out of the car im going to kill you.
but no one was around.
well hes like in a crazy hospital now cause he thinks that all really happened.
he said he didnt take anything but idk if i believe him.
well his mom is getting detectives to check all of this out and they are going to question us all.
one of our friends we were hanging out with is 22, so can he get in trouble for hangin out with me and my friend since were 16?
and also can they give us drug tests? cause i smoked some weed over the weekend and im freaking out about it.
nothing happened that night and we didnt do any drugs that night so idk what is wrong with shawn.
what do you think i should do? are they aloud to drug test me??
Duckies_Are_Awesome answered Sunday March 25 2007, 6:46 pm: I am pretty sure they cannot drug test you just because your friend is going through some things. And if they ask you if you smoked weed, you will NOT get in trouble for admitting because the police cannot do anything about the fact that you already smoked the weed, if you have weed you can get in trouble but not for smoking it. The 22 year old if brought in for questioning can get in big time trouble for distributing alcohol to minors, especially since one of the minors he gave alcohol to is now in a mental hospital hollucinating. Just try your best to tell the truth and be there for your friend. [ Duckies_Are_Awesome's advice column | Ask Duckies_Are_Awesome A Question ]
Flaggal answered Sunday March 25 2007, 6:19 pm: Yes, that 22 year old is in big trouble, and so are you. The weed will still be in your system so I would be worried. I would totally tell the truth. It's the best thing you can do. Tell EXACTLY what happened that night. Shawn probably got high and/or feel asleep and had a dream like that and couldn't tell if it was reality or not.
Tell Shawn what happened. I think if you try hard enough, you will be able to knock some sense to him.
If Shawn doesn't believe you, just be a good friend and be by his side during all of this. It is going to be a tough time for Shawn and it will make him feel better if he knows he can trust you. Maybe he'll tell you what is truly going on. [ Flaggal's advice column | Ask Flaggal A Question ]
