Well I'm best frineds with these 3 girls and they are awesome and are certainly true friends. But lately, two of these friends haven't been really inviting me to stuff, and I always invite both of them. Like tonight, I already had plans to hang out with other friends, but I don't think they knew that and ended up not even inviting me to whatever they were doing. I mean, I would have said "Sorry no I can't" if they asked because I already had other plans, but still, it's the second time they haven't even bothered to invite me. I am a tiny bit mad at them now. Am I just overreacting, because they are usually loyal friends. But idk, I think i have a right to be mad at them because I ALWAYS invite them to stuff. Should I talk to them about it next time I see them? Thanks.
Surprisingly, i tried talking to my one friend about it, and i explained that i felt like i was being left out and never invited anywhere. The truth is, neither of my friends even noticed they were leaving me out and everything, because sometimes they couldn't invite a third friend somewhere, and they didn't notice i was always the one who wasn't invited.
It may seem like the mom thing to do, but talking to them really did help out our relation ship, and they haven't been leaving me out as much anymore [ laltmeyer's advice column | Ask laltmeyer A Question ]
holahayley56 answered Saturday March 24 2007, 8:03 am: You can ask them. & just be like, why didn't you invite me? I always invite you. But, I bet I already know their answer.. "Well, you don't have to be invited to everything" or something similar. This happened to me, if there ditching you, there probably not very good friend. Is the other girl getting ditched to? or is she going right along with it & going with them? if shes going with them.. then, they suck. there tottaly ditching you. Are you guys going to different highschools? Thats what happened to me.. my friends tottaly ditched me because we weren't going to the same highschool. & I was best friends with mostly all of them, since 2nd grade.
