Not everyone does it. I didn't used to do it because I was raised religiously that it was wrong. But I got over that as I got more into my studies and my personal beliefs on sexuality and decided that I wanted to be ok with it. It took a lot of emotional release techniques to get that guilt out of my head but I did it, It is so SO SO SO HEALTHY for your body. Sex is healthy and nothing is more healthy than doing it your self. Masturbating is apart of loving your self and knowing your self. And yes it is ok to do it when you are on your period. (NOT SEX! But masturbation. I do not suggest sex while you are menstrating, but that's my personal thing. Do you.) Maybe a lot of people do it and wont admit to it, and and maybe a lot of people do it, and maybe a lot of people don't do it cause it's grose hahaha But WOW DOES IT FEEL GREAT! hahahaha
Just make sure you have a towel next to you so you can whipe your hands and you know what you could do! You could lay down with your legs up in the shower and let the water hit on that area, or if you have one of those detachable shower heads that they use a lot in europe, the kind you can pull off and hang back up and put it on massage and aim it right there. YEAH! THAT'S THE GOODNESS HAHAHA. This way you don't have to get your hands or your d!#do dirty. HMMMM hehehe. Peace.

All I can tell you is that no, not everyone does it. The only reason I know that not everybody does it is because other than eating, breathing, and sleeping, there is no task every single person in this world does. Then again, not everyone eats, breathes, and sleeps when you think about it.
Anyway, what do you mean by e? I went to urban dictionary to see if maybe it was some slang term, but the only thing it says is ecstasy and I doubt you would ask if it was bad for you since the obvious answer is YES. Soo, maybe you can rephrase and reask the question?
