Running! So I have to run a half mile in school,
I know thats not that big of a deal,
But I've been told there are good ways to breathe, so you dont get so tired out,
I asked my Gym teacher.. and hes a jerk, and takes nothing I say seriously, and says it doesnt matter, and that he runs with his mouth open, and I've heard thats not a good idea...
I've been told by previous Gym teachers to breath in through your mouth out through your nose,
but I'm just wondering what will help.
Thanks in advance<3

From what I remember it's the other way around. Breathe in through your nose and out through your mouth.
Take deep breaths and exhale slowly; don't try to take too many short gasping breaths.
Kill your gym teacher in hopes you get a new one, he sounds like a jerk. ]
Have you ever heard of yoga breathing? It's kind of like how pregant women breathe you know, the hoo hoo ahh ahh. Do that, but a little slower, and no, running with your mouth open is not a good idea because then the air rushes out of your mouth easier.
If you don't understand what I mean when I say yoga breathing or the pregnant woman breathing, read the tips on this website and it should help you out. =] Good luck, and I hope I helped, let me know. =]
