FATNESS.. driving me MADNESS!

Question Posted Monday March 19 2007, 8:20 pm

Well I finished school two years ago this year and since then I have gained so much weight. I used to weigh 55 kilos and now i weigh 75.. thats 20 kilos I have gained!

It is getting my soooo down! I cry myself to sleep! I don't know how to stop eating all this junk food! Everyday I wake up and say to myself that I am going to eat healthy and the first thing I eat is chocolate! It's driving me crazy!

I saw my ex boyfriend the other day and he spoke to my cousin after that and laughed and said that I have gained so much weight! That got me so upset I felt like crying! again!

I have a boyfriend now. We've been together for nearly two years and he says he doesn't care what I look like! But I do! He says he is happy with the way I look and that he loves me and thats all that matters! I really do appreciate what he says to me but I still want to look good for myself!

How can I resist junk food and eat healthy!? Nothing I do seems to work!

I used to be so fit and I use to look good now I just look like a fat blob! I hate it! I am getting so miserable! Nothing helps when even your family tell you that your getting fat!

What can I do to help myself before I come even more disgusting?

I don't really want to stick to a regular diet because I have tried that many many times! If someone else does have a diet that HAS worked for them please please give it to me!

I'm just tired of feeling fat!

Get rid of ALL of your junk food. Take everything out of your kitchen! And only buy healthy food. so then when you want to eat, you grab something healthy.
Now, if you want to loose weight i would advice you on the *South Beach Diet
It is the best diet, and if you are hungry, you eat. Its not the atkins diet, its much better.
Try it out. Because i have and its still working. Hope i helped~

Well, there's this site www.sparkpeople.com. It's really helpful. Try that if you want.

And whenever you feel tempted to eat junk food, tell yourself: I don't know where this has been... or something nasty that will make you head for something that you know 'where it's been'.

And dance. I find it to be the best exercise ever! Just put on some techno or trance music and shake it =).

I used to do this: I'd buy a pair of jeans that I really like, only a size or two smaller. Of course, I wouldn't be able to fit in it, so I'd try my BEST to lose weight so I can wear it.

These are just ideas. Hope I helped=).

Kay.
