Question Posted Sunday March 18 2007, 9:49 pm

i was wondering how you make those banners or pictures that flash, or are kind of like a slideshow, or the text just flashes. how?
& can you do it on Adobe photoshop elements 5.0?
if not, what program do you need?

i tried to just make a slideshow on photoshop, but im not sure if I did it right?

Most animated banners are animated GIF files. They are a slideshow of individual images. If the images are shown at high speed, it looks like actual animation. Try this search to find a tool to make an animated GIF:

Some animated banners are made using Adobe Flash; if you want to make a flash banner I recommend you use toufee here: [Link](Mouse over link to see full location) . The alternative is to buy Adobe Flash, which is very expensive.
