How can you take a song off your music list and attach it so that a friend can hear it?

Well, if you're listening to an MP3 file (or an iTunes file, basically any file that's on your computer; MP3s are most compatible) you can email them the song as an attachment.

I don't know if that's what you meant... if it wasn't, could you add additional info to your question, like what email provider you're using?

hey

if you downloaded the song from limewire or something, then you probably saved it under my music in my documents.

go to your inbox and click 'attach a file' or whatever you use and usually you have to click 'browse' or something similar.

do you remember where you saved the song? just find the file when you click 'browse'

if i didn't address your question properly or you still have uncertainties, send me another question and i'll try to answer it the best i can. if i didn't answer your question at all, please do not rate.
