this one guy
well i recently told this guy "j" that i liked him.. before that he was one of my best guy friends. we could talk for hours on aim about anything. we had a ton in common. he'd always keep me entertained & hes funny.. well i miss that :[ ever since i told him that i liked him he never talks to me.. only when my friends yell at him because of it, then he'll talk to me. but its not the same anymore. ehh what do i do? i havent really told him myself that it makes me upset but its obvious & i know he knows it. also, he always stares at me in class.. do u think its only because he wants to see if im staring? or does he possibly like me? im almost positive he doesnt though. thankss<3

Ehmygawsh girl, when you tell a guy that you like him, hes going to be scared of you. It's just how guys are. Buh-lieve me, I told this guy at a dance I went to and then next thing I know is he tries to not make eye contact, blushes, and advoides me as much as possible. Hes just scared and insecure of what to do now. But I know once a guy knows that you like him...there's one thing they will always do is STARE at u. He might like you i must say. But hes becoming speechless now that you told him that. So I would just treat him like you used to as a friend. Or maybe ask him if he likes you 2. Hes feeling awkward around you so try to manage yourself around him and keep talking to him like you used to then he might tell you that he likes you!!

When you told him you liked him, it may have scared him a bit, yall are good friends and he may not want to mess that up, or could see you only as a good friend. Talk to him about it, but let him have his space for awhile. Don't tell your friends about the situation anymore cause it could make it worse causing him to be less responsive to you, especially if you're friends are yelling at him. When he stares at you in class he's probably thinking about you, wondering what would happen if you two would date, but he's probably also thinking that he doesn't wanna mess that up if yall do break-up. Talk to him about, see how he responds.Hope this helps.

Well, instead of having your friends yell at him, walk up to him one day and ask him calmly why he doesn't talk to you anymore, if he does the basic guy response and says i dduno. just tell him you want to talk to him, because you miss your fun talks. if he just kinda shrugs and walks off, maybe he does like you. you could always try instant messing him again. just don't do it all the time, give it a break every once and awhile, and soon he`ll want to talk.
