I Like Him, But I Don't Know How To Tell Him.

Question Posted Thursday March 15 2007, 10:02 pm

I've known him for a while & have seen him at the same places I've been twice. I just started talking to him on IM today because I've been so shy & scared to IM him. But, I realized that I like him, and I don't know how to tell him. I want to, but I'm scared he'll think I'm ugly or whatever. I mean, I know he doesn't, but I'm scared he won't like me back.

Help?

OK. First things first you dont have to exactly tell him you like him with words. You can do something to show that you like him instead. Dont be shy around the guy you like. Just act calm and collected. You never know but I would wait until you know he likes you, then I would tell him you like him. You dont want to scare him off. So I would just gain your confidence and practice somehow soon and then start. Make sure you do it at a good time when you see him. Once you tell that boy you like him, it doesnt matter what he thinks because you told him. He might express his feelings too. Remember keep your cool and be straight forward and tell him.. be brave!

Open up to him! Start talking to him! Don't be shy! Who cares if he rejects you! Take a risk! There's plenty of guys out there..

Hope that helped a bit

okay, well the first thing is: are you SURE you want to tell him? the LAST thing you want is to tell him and realize it was a HUGE mistake!

if you are POSITIVE you want to tell him, then don't be shy! you have to try to be outgoing so that he doesn't take the hint too early. be flirty. laugh a lot, smile and make lots of eye contact (but don't overdo it; remember: you want to flirt, not to like... attack! haha)

then, when you guys are good friends, you should IM him and be like 'hey have to tell you something..." and make MAKE make sure that he doesn't like leave in the middle of the conversation like "oh i have to go, my mom wants me to clean my room" or something. you should keep your cool and be direct. just tell him how you feel. if he say he doesn't feel the same way, move on. don't keep bothering him / talking to him etc. unless he says hi to you, cause thats when you know everything is cool.

don't be scared! you dont want to be nervous around him. you have to be yourself :]

hope i helped, and let me know what happens
