Definitely not. Sperm aren't going to travel through his pants, into your vagina, and all the way up. It's hard enough for them to make it when they start all the way up your vagina already. The chances of you getting pregnant, unless by some huge freak of nature, are about 0% if his penis didn't even come out of his pants. If he had his pants on, it is very unlikely that you are pregnant. Besides, he if there was sperm in the pre-come, he would have had to have his penis literally inside of you in order for the sperm to enter the vagina. Sperm cannot "travel" on their own, so I think you're safe.
