and it went on this weird page, where do I download the brush?

First of all, do you have an account on Adobe.com? I think those downloads are only for members.

If you do, I'm sure that this link is the file you need to download. Save it to your disk and put it under PresetsBrushes under the directory that you installed Photoshop to, and you should be able to use the new brush.

If you don't have an account, you'll either have to make one or find another site that offers brushes.
