legs.

Question Posted Tuesday March 13 2007, 7:31 pm

welll i was just wondering if like, the day before you wear a skirt, you could make your legs look better. i don't mean lose 5 pounds or gain a lot of muscle or anything like that, but just make them look better, like a little more toned. i have pretty muscular thighs, so are there any stretches you can do to elongenate(sp?) them so they look a little less bulky? or anything like that to tone up your calves.

thankss <3

Buy stockings with vertical stripes on them. They make your legs look longer and slimmer!

The best thing for that is to get a little tan. If you don't want o go outside in the sun or go to the tanning bed then a pray tan or cream can help. If you legs are a darker shade than before it should fade the bulk out so they look just right. Adding color gives your legs a different look without having to lose weigh or gain muscle.
