well, it kinda depends on the guy, but i'll give it a shot.
everytime you see them in the hallways or wherever you give them a big smile and say hi or wave. never ignore them cause your imbarrassed. look at them alot and they will no that you are interseted. most likely they will start to look at you back. become friends with them (if you already are then stay friends with them)and don't argue about stuff. talk to them as much as possible without being annoying and when you talk to them touch them alot. like try to hold their hand or push them when they say something funny. when you are saying bye give them a friendly hug. that will hopefully get them to notice you alot moreand if you keep it up well getting even more intimate towards them im sure you could ask him out or he will ask you out. i hope i helped! if you want any more questions answered or anything email me at annadobbs@yahoo.com!
