hey, pac sun carries billabong shorts, they have a lot of cute bathing suits as well but i don't believe they suit your budget. i would try looking there anyhow, maybe they have some pre summer/spring break sale. sometimes you'll catch some on sale at hollister, american eagle, or aeropostale as well. i hope i could help. :)

your best bet would be bob's stores. i personally love their bathing suits and they have like alot of the bathing suits in pac sun, only way cheaper. if you don't have a bob's near you, there's also walmart, target, or k-mart which i know are always cheap but in my opinion they're not really the best bathing suits.

you're looking for shorts, preferably board shorts? well if you want billabong that's usually going to be expensive but they just might have them at bob's also with the bathing suits. if you really want to spend money on billabong shorts and they're not at bob's, you can go to pac sun (which is in the mall if you didn't know) and they'll pretty much definetly have them there, only they'll be like $40.
