it hurts like hell.

but keep it cleaned and turn it. dont take it out, just turn it so the hole wont close around it. thats what they told me to do. clean it two or three times a day when you first get it done.

I have had mine pierced for about 2 years now. It pinches, but i wouldnt say hurt bad. If i were you i would use seasalt. They should have that where you get it pierced at. Use dial anti bacterial soap and clean it good, while youre in the shower.

Good luck

your piercest will tell you how to keep it clean. just pretty much clean it with salt water every day for like a month. it doesn't hurt too bad. but the next two days your stomach feels all tight and weird lol good luck

I have had my belly button pierced twice. The first time it was in for maybe 6 months. It had to be removed for a photo shoot I did. When I tried to put it back in it wouldn't go so I had to have it redone. Also I worked in a place that manufactured body piercing jewerly. So I am familiar with piercings.
Both times I had my belly button pierced it hurt so bad I got dizzy. It all depends on your tolorance for pain. Some people actually like it.
Every day in the shower you need to wash with anti bacterial soap and move it up and down to skin does not attach itself to the piercing.
Even though my piercing has been removed again I can still see the mark it left.
If you do get it done it should only be done by an experienced professional in a sanitary environment. I have seen some places that do tatoos and piercings that were not clean.

It wont hurt alot. But to keep it unifected you have to wash with mild antibacterial soap, and you have to turn it and push it up and down. Dont forget to use the stuff that they give you. Use as directed. They are going to basically tell you how to take care of it. NEVER PUT ALCOHOL on it. AND if you run out of the belly button ring stuff that they give you, DONT use the ear stuff that they give you when you get your ears pierced.
