when i was bout 6-8 i was molested by an older boy we moved and i never saw him again then fast forward bout 7 years im living life happy and then i saw him again at the mall and i broke down in the mall bathroom my mom knows bout this and she thinks i need conseling and need to confront him but im rele dont want to

This is serious. Im not sure confronting him immediately is the right way to go, but if youre mom really thinks thats what you should do, don't let me stop you.
I do think you should go to some counseling to get the fear you have away from you.
Maybe after you're a little more secure about it you can approach him
