Leg Muscle building

Well i am really tall and have long legs and im thin but my small thighs jiggle much when i walk and i was wondering if there was any specific excersize i can do to make them firm or if this is the norm for everybody, Im hoping to be in shape in a month.

go running or walking with somebody for like a mile or somthing like every day or every other day its fun if you go with someone else

I am no expert on what the norm is. However, if you want to build muscle, which should have a good effect on how you look, then nothing beats the squat. It works all the leg muscles and is without doubt the most effective lower body exercise.
