I guess this would go under fitness?
But at soccer pract. we were doing sucides and sprints and crap and we'd have a few secons to rest inbetween and i was bent over (because i was tired) and my friend said to keep my head above my heart, and then today we did the same thing and my coach said to keep standing up straigh and don't put out heads down. so i was wonder if you do bend over after running what will happen? will you just get dizzy and faint?

Hah I play soccer too and coaches always tell me this. They say you should stand up straight and keep your arms over your head to "open your air-passages" I am guessing what the means is that it helps the flow of air in your body so you won't be out of breath for too long and you won't faint or get dizzy from the lack of oxygen in the air. I think we are doing fitness tonight at my practice... haha can't wait :) Hope I helped. ]
Yea you will get dizzy and faint. Keeping your head above your heart keeps the circulation moving and your blood flowing, Letting blood go to your heart and your brain easier ]
