Could someone PLEASE tell me what a douche is? (What is does, how you use it, everything) and what does 'THO' mean?

Douche: a brainless person in one way or another, thus comparing them to the cleansing product for vaginas. (douches are things girls use to clean out there vagina)

well a douch is just like calling someone a retard. its mean but it can also be used jokingly. like "woww what a douche!" haha its just like an insult that doesnt really need an exact definition. lol. but tho. im not sure. maybe its a shortened way of saying though.
