how to take back an e-mail

does anyone know how to take back an e-mail sent to someone? i wanna know how if there is a possible way. could i take it back if it's an e-mail sent to a website that has an address to where they want people to send them e-mail and is it the same on those other ones where you fill out an information entry.

Unforunately, there is no possible way of "taking back" and email that has already been sent. Once an email is sent, that baby is a done deal. Sorry!
