what are some good ab work outs? i wanna loose a little stomach fat before the first of april(thats when we are going to a water part)...any one have any ideas or tips?
peebles7 answered Tuesday March 6 2007, 5:45 pm: actually those crunches aren't going to do that much....what the other person said. it will make your abs stronger, but you won't appear to have a slimmer stomach, so it won't really do anything. I suggest lowering your calorie intake by about 200 a day until april, and try to run or do an hour of cardio 5 days a week [ peebles7's advice column | Ask peebles7 A Question ]
coconutcatastrophe answered Tuesday March 6 2007, 5:10 pm: do 150 crunches. 50 on your back, then 50 on each side. if you do that every day for about a month of 2 you'll have nice abs :] also sit-ups are good too you can do like 20-30 of those everyday. if you can lay on your back and lift your feet up about 2 inches off the ground and just hold it there for 60 seconds (that helps the bottom on your stomach)
