abs what are some good ab work outs? i wanna loose a little stomach fat before the first of april(thats when we are going to a water part)...any one have any ideas or tips?

do 100 sit ups a day and then start doing more when you find 100 easy. running is good too =] . also try jioning the ymca or a gym or something. sports are good toooo :] not only that but try eating healthery too.
and also type in google how to get abbs or something.
magazines have stuff like that in them all the time.

actually those crunches aren't going to do that much....what the other person said. it will make your abs stronger, but you won't appear to have a slimmer stomach, so it won't really do anything. I suggest lowering your calorie intake by about 200 a day until april, and try to run or do an hour of cardio 5 days a week ]
do 150 crunches. 50 on your back, then 50 on each side. if you do that every day for about a month of 2 you'll have nice abs :] also sit-ups are good too you can do like 20-30 of those everyday. if you can lay on your back and lift your feet up about 2 inches off the ground and just hold it there for 60 seconds (that helps the bottom on your stomach)
