hey i saw you answered one girls question of if she was overweight. I know im overweight because im 5' 4" and 140lbs. but i have lost 15lbs. so i use to be huge lol ok so my thing is what is a BMI? what is my BMI? and how do you know about that?

Well good job keeping up with the weight loss! BMI stands for body mass index. It compares your height to your weight and finds the healthy weight for your height. Without your age I cannot calculate yours, but you can go to kidshealth.com and click on TEENS. Then go to Health and Fitness and click on
"What is the right weight for my height?" scroll down and fill in the info and then look at the graph. Ask if you need more help.
