Actually you are not overweight. I calculated your BMI, which is more accurate than just you weight. If you BMI is 95% you are overwheight, you however are a healthy 63%. Belly bulge is average, and yes it may be because of your very small torso. Don't try and loose weight, but instead to abdomen strenghting excercises if you are seriously concerned with your body fat. Don't Worry, You're a Healthy Weight!

you are not overweight. this is how it works:
if you are 5 feet your ideal weight is 100 lbs.
every inch taller than 5 feet, add 5 lbs.
for example - 5'1, 105 lbs. 5'2, 110 lbs. etc.

everyone should be 5 lbs within their ideal weight, and you are right on target. you are probably getting rolls when you sit down because you don't have a flat stomach. doing crunches should help your stomach. try doing 10 crunches tonight, and then add 5 crunches every night. your stomach might hurt the first few days but this is because you are gaining muscle which is very good. by the end of the week you probably won't feel anything because your body is getting used to it. you will see beautiful results in 4 weeks.
