That is what your asking.. find something to cheer you up? Thats basically answering your own question. Thats excatly what you need to do. Or try and solve the problems in your family/friends. I can't tell you things that make you happy because I dont know you and what you like. If you want to change things, then you've got to do something about it. Silence will change nothing, because if your not going to do something, no one else will. Take control and don't spend your days being sad, it's a waste! If its music, or sports, or just laying in bed reading.. if it makes you happy then its good (besides drugs or cuting yourself or over eating/under eating.. don't use those as antidepressants). Search for something you love even if it takes more than a few days. Hope this helped ]
