When it's JUST starting up, right after it beaps, press and hold F8. At the menu, select "safe mode" with the arrow keys; press enter. Text will scroll across the screen, and the computer will load; it may take up to 20 minutes. At the user menu, log in as "administrator". Delete the account as you normally would. You're done.
If, at the user menu, there is no "administrator" or the ONLY user account is "administrator", you will have to create another account. It doesn't have to be called "administrator". Delete the account from the new one.
