Depressed_Poet answered Sunday March 4 2007, 11:02 am:
Yes it basically means an orgasm.
She was on T.V. one morning and they were interviewing her about her new song 'London Bridge' so they asked her what it was. She said she didn't want to tell them because there were lots of definitions for it and she wanted to let America's minds wonder about it. So yes, basically just having sex then having an orgasm but she didn't want to say that on T.V.

London Bridge means an orgy.

‘London Bridge’ refers to when two women and two men have sex and form a position to make a ‘bridge’.

Fergie insists she has never participated in the act saying: “Have I ever been involved in one? No I don’t think I ever have actually. No, no I haven’t. But I’m definitely touching on issues that aren’t childlike!”

Fergie has previously refused to talk about the song’s subject matter when quizzed about it. . . . . . . .Source

In the song, Fergie uses the phrase "London Bridge" as a sexual entendre for her attire – "every time" the unnamed person to whom she is singing "comes around" her "London London Bridge wanna go down like London London London", meaning that she wishes to remove her pants and have a sexual encounter with him.
